Weight Training Basics

Introductory Weight Training Class

Hey Omni! I hope everyone is doing well. I have noticed that there are a good number of folks that have needed some instruction in basic weight training. In past months I have offered an introductory weight training class to help those who would like some additional instruction on how to utilize the circuit training area of the club more effectively. I cover everything from how much weight to lift and how many sets to which exercises and how often you should lift.

If you would like to participate in this type of class, please let me know by email or at the club on your next visit. If there is enough interest, I'll have a sign up sheet at the front desk so please let me know if you're interested.

I will also be posting an online training video as well shortly so be sure to check out the member connection area in the next week or so. In the mean time keep up those workouts and don't forget to say "hey" when you're here at the club!
